In order to allow for intensive training of advanced skills, staffing will exceed the minimum ratio specified by COSCA. Principal members of staff will be registered or Accredited Trainers at COSCA, at least to the number prescribed. Other staff will also be COSCA registered or Accredited trainers, or have at least the equivalent qualifications and experience. Staff conducting the Awareness Group and other explicitly experiential groups will have specialized professional qualifications for work with groups and will be supervised by a Member of the Institute of Group Analysis (London). All staff who work with groups will have undergone specialized training for this work.

The intensive staffing levels described above, especially the provision of tutorials and individual supervision, necessarily involve a somewhat higher level of fee. Fees, however, are kept as low as possible within this remit, in line with the 'Not for Profit' policy of the course.
